About RNR Construction
RnR Construction, established in 2022, is owned and operated by childhood best friends and business partners Wesley Reneer and Ben Ruiz who are licensed and insured general contractors in the state of Utah. They have spent years working in construction and take pride in producing quality work. They have completed many successful projects together. Today, joined by Wesley’s brother Riley, RnR uses their combined experience to help you build with confidence. RnR makes the bumpy road of construction smooth for their clients by:

Our Process:
1. Initial Meeting Phase: A free in person or online meeting where we learn about you and your project. The purpose of this meeting is to set expectations, build trust, and get a rough estimate of the cost of your project.
2. Planning and Design Phase: Also referred to as “Pre-construction”, this preliminary contract is a retainer agreement that gets you an actionable plan for your project. Which can include but is not limited to:
●Detailed floor plans
●Subcontractor input
●Brainstorming with the benefit of construction experience
●Material selection
●Scheduling
●Budget creation
●Buildertrend digital portal access: (View the project schedule, check your remaining balance, pay invoices, communicate with us, view project updates with the project daily logs, see your project to-do list, all from your phone or computer).
This phase allows you to visualize your project from start to finish, knowing where your money is going and what to expect from us each day until your project is complete. It also allows for us to build more trust which is key to a successful project! There is no obligation to proceed to the next phase once planning and design is complete.
3. Project Execution Phase: Once the planning and design phase is complete we present you with your project contract with a finalized price. Once signed and the initial invoice is paid, we execute the plan and handle all aspects of the build—managing permits, coordinating trades, updating your portal, transparently communicating, and solving problems—guided by our simple mantra: “We’ll take care of it.
